1. The 53rd AGM
The Institute will hold its 53rd AGM on Friday, 12th of September 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at The Chinese Club (華商會所), 14th Floor, 21-22 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong.

To facilitate those members who are unable to attend the meeting personally, the Institute will broadcast the AGM via Zoom (details provided via email to Members only). Please note that members who are watching the live streaming will NOT be counted as quorum, and will NOT vote.
2. Dinner Gathering after the 53rd AGM
Following the AGM, the Institute will host a small-scale dinner gathering at the same venue. As seats are limited, we encourage members to enrol early.

Notice of an Election of Eight Members to the Council 2025/2026
Nominations are now being sought for an Election of Eight Members to the Council for 2025/2026 (“the Election”).
Pursuant to Article 62 of the Institute's Articles of Association, at each Annual General Meeting to be held after 2017, one third of the elected members of Council for the time being or (if their number is not 3 or a multiple of 3) then the number nearest to but greater than one third shall retire and be eligible for re-election. The elected Council Members to retire pursuant to the preceding sentence shall be those persons who have been longest in office since their last election, but as between persons who became elected Council Members on the same day those to retire shall (unless they otherwise agree among themselves) be determined by lot. TIHK: Nomination for Committee Member Appointment 2024/25
The Institute has established a number of committees, under the purview of the Council, to look after different matters. You are now invited to put forward your nomination. Please consider volunteering your time and services to those committees that best match your interests and skills.

All nomination forms must reach the Secretariat either by fax at 2523 1263 or by email at [email protected] on or before 10 October 2024 (Thursday). Members’ nomination will then be considered by the respective Committee and Taskforce. The Secretariat may contact you to join the Committee(s) and Taskforce(s) which you are interested to serve. However, seats for each Committee are limited. If all available seats are taken up, the Secretariat will keep your information in the database and contact you when a vacancy arises during the course of the year.
