1. The 53rd AGM
The Institute will hold its 53rd AGM on Friday, 12th of September 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at The Chinese Club (華商會所), 14th Floor, 21-22 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong.

Members are strongly encouraged to register in advance to facilitate the Institute’s arrangements. For online registration, please visit: https://forms.office.com/r/8uDGHnKHhe
To facilitate those members who are unable to attend the meeting personally, the Institute will broadcast the AGM via Zoom (details provided via email to Members only). Please note that members who are watching the live streaming will NOT be counted as quorum, and will NOT vote.
2. Dinner Gathering after the 53rd AGM
Following the AGM, the Institute will host a small-scale dinner gathering at the same venue. As seats are limited, we encourage members to enrol early.
