Secretariat Office Relocation Effective from 1 April 2026

  Dear Members,   To meet the Institute's development needs, the Secretariat office will relocate to Room 04-07, 19/F, OfficePlus@Sheung Wan, No. 93-103 Wing Lok Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong as a temporary office location starting from April 1, 2026. The Institute will continue providing in-person member services at the new office.   The current office will officially close at 6:30 PM on Friday, March 27. During the relocation period (March 28–31), Secretariat services may experience delays.
