《澳門稅務法典》將於2026年1月1日生效。本課程專為會計師、財稅工作者、律師及澳門稅法愛好者引介並深入探析澳門最新的稅務法典。課程分為三講：第一講解析國際稅收規則，如屬地管轄權、稅收抵免、常設機構判定，避免雙重征稅；第二講深入探討跨境關聯交易、轉讓定價、三層文檔與預約定價協議，優化跨境稅務管理；第三講系統梳理稅務核心概念，包括異議訴願、利息負擔計算、納稅主體責任及稅務住所判定，結合實務深化理解。通過本課程，學員將能夠對澳門最新的稅務法典有清晰的認識，提升未來稅務處理、特別是跨境稅務處理技巧。 澳門稅務法典的適用解讀 第一講 稅務法典中的國際稅收（上） 1、澳門特色的屬地管轄權；2、稅收抵免；3、常設機構；4、案例評析。 第二講 稅務法典中的國際稅收（下）  1、關聯交易和轉讓定價方法；2、總體檔案、本地檔案和國別報告；3、預約定價；4、案例評析。 第三講 稅務法典中的重要概念辨析 1、聲明異議及訴願；2、補償性利息和法定負擔；3、納稅人、納稅主體、代繳稅款者和稅務責任人；4、稅務住所、稅務代理人和稅務居民。   上課日期：2025年6月23、30日、7月7日 (下午6:30 - 下午8:00) 課時：3節，每節1.5小時，共4.5個課時 (4.5 CPD小時) 出席證明書：符合出席率80%或以上的學員將獲頒由香港稅務學會和澳門稅務學會分別發出之培訓證書。
