Dear Members,

I hope this message finds you well.  As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen TIHK and better serve our tax community, we are excited to share an important initiative: the acquisition of a new office.

Our current setup has supported for decades.  But as we continue to grow, we need a more permanent, functional, and welcoming home—one that reflects our mission and provides a stable base for our activities, meetings, and outreach programs.  It is more about a sustainable future for all of us.

At the AGM held on 12 September, we experienced a passionate and positive feedback on the Institute’s new office acquisition proposal with overwhelming support by Members present at the Meeting indicating financial support in total of a considerable amount.

To make this vision a reality, we are appealing to all members for this fundraising campaign and warmly invite you to contribute.  Every dollar of donation or member loan subscription, no matter how much, will bring us closer to this goal for our mutual benefit.  I encourage you to review the attached Donation and Member Loan Subscription Form and submit to the Secretariat at [email protected] on or before 15 October 2025.
