He assists clients in structuring inter‑company arrangements and cross‑border transactions in a manner that is both tax‑efficient and defensible, while keeping in view emerging global developments such as BEPS, Pillar Two and increased disclosure and transparency requirements. He is also a regular speaker in various public forums like ASSOCHAM, IFA etc. on various tax issues.
