Mr. Chan is a fellow member of the Institute. He served the Inland Revenue Department for about 33 years (1972-2005) and was Assistant Commissioner in charge of the Field Audit and Investigation Unit before he retired in 2005. He has been sole director of C T Tax Consultants Limited since 2007.
