Speaker Profile

華盟·税紀雲行政總裁：陳振銘先生

陳振銘先生擁有近20年的稅務科技及諮詢服務經驗，他曾經是德勤中國稅務科技團隊的合夥人，在企業財稅數位化產品研發、數位化諮詢服務等領域有豐富的經驗，並曾參與制定大企業稅務風險指引編寫工作，職業生涯幫助過上百家大型央企、國企、外企及民營企業成功實現稅務數位化轉型。

陳先生現任華盟稅紀雲聯合創始人、董事和CEO，同時也是國際稅務服務聯盟AirTax Global Ltd. 的CEO，聯盟總部位於新加坡，並在全球多個國家和地區有成員單位。

陳先生是中國最早投身稅務科技領域的專家之一，著有《大企業CFO-稅務價值管理及數位化指引》。他現任深圳稅協稅務數智專家委員會主任，中稅協稅務數智專家委員會委員。
