Speaker Profile

Mr Permana Adi Saputra, Managing Partner, PB Taxand

Permana Adi Saputra is a Managing Partner of PB Taxand, one of the biggest Tax Consultant in Indonesia. He also serves as the Transfer Pricing Partner, assisting client in the preparation of Transfer Pricing Documentation, and representing clients in the tax disputes related to Transfer Pricing cases.

Permana actively participates in discussion with Tax Officers regarding Tax and Transfer Pricing issues in Indonesia and conducting in-house Tax and Transfer Pricing seminar and workshop.

Currently he serves as a member of Supervisory Board of Ikatan Konsultan Pajak Indonesia for 2019-2024, he is a Secretary General of International Fiscal Association Indonesia Branch 2022 – 2025, and Secretary General of
Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants Tax Accountant Compartment for 2022 – 2026.

Permana graduated from Universitas Indonesia with a Master of Management and Bachelor in Economics majoring Accounting. He also graduated from Universitas Pancasila with Bachelor in Law.

Mr Wahyu Hidayat, Analyst of Income Tax Policy, the Fiscal Policy Agency of Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia

Wahyu Hidayat hold his Master of Science (MSc) with Gadjah Mada University in Yogjakarta (2014), Master of Arts (MA) with Georgia State University Atlanta Georgia, USA (2013), Diploma in Accountancy with State College of Accountancy Jakarta.

Currently Wahyu Hidayat is an analyst of income tax policy of the Fiscal Policy Agency of Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. Previously he was head of sub division of facility of income tax of the Fiscal Policy Agency as well as head of sub division of international relation.

Mr. Alan Lau, Senior Manager, Tax Policy and Knowledge Management, KPMG

Alan is a senior manager in Tax Policy and Knowledge Management Team at KPMG.  Before joining KPMG, Alan worked in the Financial Services Tax Team at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Alan has been actively involved in studying various Hong Kong and international tax developments and providing advice on various Hong Kong and international tax issues.  He is also involved in providing in-house tax technical support and training internally and producing tax publications at KPMG.  In addition, during his time at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Alan mainly provided tax compliance and consulting services to various clients within the financial services and was actively involved in various Hong Kong and international tax consultancy projects.

Alan holds a bachelor degree in Professional Accountancy and is also a fellow member of HKICPA.
