Oscar joined Mazars in Hong Kong in 2011. He has more than 10 years of professional experience in China as well as Hong Kong taxation in tax advisory / compliance, international tax structuring, tax audit / investigation, IPO and cross-border M&A projects in the Asia Pacific region.

Oscar is experienced in negotiation with the PRC tax officials, resolving tax disputes for his clients and optimising their tax positions.In addition to tax, he is also experienced in other areas related to doing business in China such as customs, foreign exchange, Company Law, social security and housing provident fund, etc.
