Victor Wong obtained his PCLL, LLB and BBA (Law) at the University of Hong Kong.  Victor is an Associate in the Commercial Litigation Group of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department at Deacons, where he handles a wide range of litigation and regulatory matters.  Prior to joining Deacons, Victor was trained at a U.S. law firm.
