Dr Albert Cheuk-wah Lung,
Lecturer of Chinese University of Hong Kong and Assistant Professor of City University of Macau

Dr Albert Cheuk-wah Lung has been teaching in the City University of Macau since 2013 and in the Chinese University of Hong Kong since 1996. He has been also an independent non-executive director of a Hong Kong GEM Board listed company since 25 January 2018.

From 2013 to 2016, Dr. Lung was appointed as an independent non-executive director of a Hong Kong Main Board listed company. Prior to that, he worked as the company secretary and financial controller of another Hong Kong Main Board listed company for more than six years. He has more than 20 years professional and commercial experience in auditing, company secretary, accounting and finance.

Dr Lung is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (“HKICS”) respectively. He is also an associate member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.

Mr Victor Lee,

Victor joined PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1998. He has extensive experience in advising clients in Hong Kong and international tax aspects. These include corporate and operation structuring for Initiate Public Offer, cross-border transaction, tax due diligence review, deal structure advisory, Hong Kong tax dispute and resolution and Hong Kong transfer pricing. His major clients are multinational as well as Hong Kong based listed companies with business operations in Hong Kong, the PRC and other Asian countries with more than 16 years focusing on Hong Kong tax, Victor has many successful cases in handling tax disputes with the IRD from general enquiries to tax audit cases.
