Therefore\, the institute and Fullness Social Enterprises Society (FSES) organized this seminar to clarify the taxation doubts of start-up and social entrepreneur\, Mr Webster Ng will deliver his professional advice and knowledge on taxation based on his experience. \nIn this webinar\, Mr Webster Ng will address to the following elements: \n-Information of Section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance \n-Tax filing requirements \n-Tax responsibilities \n-Penalties & consequences of not keeping business records/ filing tax returns \n-Useful information on taxation \n  \nOn the other hand\, Mr Cheng Kin Shing Douglas from FSES is going to introduce Innovator Farm (IF Programme). As a social innovator-centric incubation programme\, Innovator Farm aims at equipping social innovators and entrepreneurs with economic capital\, strategic capital\, social capital and cultural capital to cross the “valley of death” on the venture-building journey and incubate more sustainable\, scalable\, sizable and impactful social businesses. \nThe programme is now opening for application to late prototype\, start-up and scale-up projects. The seminar will feature several cases and examples of social innovation in practice. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn about ways in which they can participate in the social innovation and entrepreneurship field\, as well as funding opportunities. \nNo CPD hours will be granted if you have already attended the live webinar on 8 May 2023.\n
