Becky has over 13 years of experience in providing US tax services including tax compliance, advisory and tax due diligence to multinational clients (“MNC”). She has extensive experience in assisting non-US investors investing into US real estates; re-structuring for take-private and future IPO; funds setup for US investors and non-US investors jointly investing into various types of investments; and large MNC manufacturing in China and selling ultimately to US customers with our without treaty protection/benefits.
