He was formerly a Customs officer (Section Chief and Audit Team Leader) in Shenzhen Customs for more than 10 years, where he accumulated abundance of knowledge and experience in the field of customs audit and processing trade, as well as maintained a close relationship with Customs in South China

Dorothy Lee is a Senior Manager of PwC Hong Kong and specialized in Lean Six Sigma Kaizen initiatives, manufacturing and transactional process efficiency improvements and strategic value stream transformation planning. Dorothy also has experience in overall customer account management for OEM, order fulfillment & supply chain management, product transfer planning, new product launch & ramp up project management, and KPI setup. Dorothy has Master Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, ASQ Certified Black Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP) and member of Hong Kong Logistics Association (HKLA).
Mr. Jeffery Hou, Manager, PWC
Jeffrey Hou is a Manager of PwC Hong Kong specialized in management consulting for nearly 10 years. He has solid working experience in various e-commerce platform implementation and supply chain optimisation projects. He is familiar with the backend logistics operating model behind E-commerce platform and system integration. Jeffrey has a Master of Science Degree in International Logistics and Transportation and is holding Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate in Project Management and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
