SPECIAL RESOLUTION OF THE TAXATION INSTITUTE OF HONG KONG LIMITED
PASSED ON 9TH JULY, 1976
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Members of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong Limited, duly convened and held at the Chinese Club, Chinese Club Building, 21-22, Connaught Road, Central, Hong Kong on 9th July, 1976, the following resolution was duly passed as Special Resolution:- "That the Articles of Association of the Institute be amended in the following manner:- By the deletion of the words "has been for a period of one year" from the third line of Article 7(b) and the substitution therefor of the word "is"."
