English will be used in all conferences, except in Session 6 which will be conducted in Putonghua". Simultaneous facilities for interpretation are NOT available.

Registration

All participants will need to register at the Ballroom foyer from 13:15 - 14:15 on 23 November and 24 November respectively.

Registration will be alphabetically arranged according to acronym of company / organization name.

Administrative Announcements

All mobile phones and electronic gadgets should be set on silent/mute mode or turned off at all times during the conference venue.

Smoking is NOT allowed inside the conference venue.
